The E2 system is currently comprised of a Drinking Water Reporting (DWR) module and Private Well Testing (PWT) module. The system provides laboratories with an alternative way to submit data, using XML protocol, and allows RIDOH to electronically validate the data, acknowledge receipt, and upload the data to the state's central databases.
